Copy-right-form (Click DOWNLOAD) Upon acceptance and final proofreading, authors receive a copyright transfer form to assign rights to the Journal of Geomatics and Environmental Research (JOGER). Published articles are copyrighted by the journal, with partial or full republication elsewhere permitted only with prior consent from the Editor-in-Chief.
JOGER provides immediate open access to all content under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC). This allows non-commercial sharing, remixing, adaptation, and building upon the work, provided proper attribution is given to the source and no derivative works are used commercially.
Copyright Infringement Claims
Claims of copyright infringement should be submitted to editorjoger@gmail.com, support@unilorinjoger.com with subject line “Copyright Infringement,” supported by documented evidence predating JOGER publication.
The JOGER Editorial Board will notify authors for explanation, conducting transparent investigations. Valid claims result in article removal from archives and future print issues. Minor corrections undergo peer review and republication in the same issue.
All claims receive the highest priority, with responses within 3 working days when properly documented.
